Six Bijuu have been sealed within six hosts each from one of the Three Great Villages, Konoha, Suna and Kiri. Although three Bijuu are yet to be sighted and taken care of, most villagers might live in fear of the remaining Bijuu appearing near their village and attacking. The previous Kages of each village got together and had decided to seal each of the Bijuu within six Jinchuriki, different ages, two in each village so that each village may keep watch of them.
